I am an aspiring makeup artist. Because I am a novice to the world of makeup artistry my husband had a wonderful idea to send me to a makeup lesson with a professional makeup artist, who has been painting faces for over 18 years. I thought this was a marvelous idea because I would be able to ask questions, gain more insight, and bigger and better ideas... I was hoping this experience would make me an even better artist.
I waited in the Fourier for about 15 minutes before she arrived. When she arrived she looked at me with a strange expression, it was panic. She didn't realize her next client was a Black woman with a beautiful deep skin complexion. So, when she got there, it appeared she began to scramble with panic, searching for makeup to match my complexion. Once her makeup lesson was over, I was disgusted because a "so called" professional failed to provide her client with the utmost greatest experience. My foundation did not match my skin and so many other things went wrong. I would never recommended nor will I return to Renaissance Spa 3617 West Maple Road Bloomfield Hills, MI.
